The Swivel system allows the knitting needle tips to rotate freely, which prevents the cable from kinking or twisting during knitting. The steel cable features also a transparent nylon coating. As a result, the cable is sturdy, but still glides effortlessly through the stitches. The cables have a brass screw section at the ends, which is luxuriously finished with 24k gold. The screw section has a hole for the cable key that secures the needle tip to the cable. The holes for the cable key can also be used as a lifeline to retrieve dropped stitches, for instance. The cable is compatible with all Lantern Moon interchangeable needle tips. With the help of end caps you can turn an interchangeable cable into a straight needle or stitch holder. With the cable key you can easily fit the cable with the interchangeable tips you need and screw them tight. Each cable comes with one cable key and two end caps, which are made of two-tone wood.
